The Imtech Smith in-house design team provide a comprehensive design and build facility.
Experienced design engineers assess each project on an individual basis, taking into consideration issues such as COM, Part 1 Compliance, Breeam ratings and value engineering options offering our clients the most cost effective and environmentally sustainable solutions.
Our design team have all the required skills i.e. low carbon consultants, EPC qualified persons and LSBEM calculators to ensure the client receives the best possible advice.
All relevant factors are calculated at the earliest opportunity to create bespoke design criteria for each project, resulting in improved build ability with greater focus on whole life cycle costing.
