A Liverpool based school in which the Smith Group Contracts division was involved carrying out the complete M&E design and install and from which the Maintenance and Small Works provides mechanical and electrical planned preventative maintenance on a regular basis and reacts to breakdowns and minor works.
Smith Group planned maintenance engineers are also on hand to offer out of hours and specialist support. The key account manager regularly visits the site and attends meetings as the client demands.
The main objective of this contract is to provide a planned and reactive maintenance service which is compliant and meets the needs of the client.
Planned preventative maintenance is carried out over two major and two minor visit per annum and includes:
