A chain of more than 2000 pubs the main objective of this contract is to provide Greene King Pubs & Inns with a planned and reactive maintenance service which is compliant with British Standard and meets the expectation of the customer. 

This expectation is delivered through the provision of high quality maintenance service that will provide the full scope of mechanical, electrical, statutory compliance and minor fabric services. 

Our dedicated team of managers, administrators, engineers, with the support of specialist subcontractors, are in a position to provide a 24/7 service delivery through networked computer systems and innovative technology to provide an effective solution for all reactive and planned facilities service requirements to this client. 

Smith Groups Maintenance and Small Works provides mechanical and electrical planned preventative maintenance on a regular basis and reacts to breakdowns and minor works. 

A key account manager leads this contract and regularly meets with the client to appraise the client of the situation of the various sites and remedial action that is required in order to be compliant to trade in the public entertainment sector.
